Up2Speed Marketing Systems provides tools and resources for CRM management, social media scheduling, lead generation, website creation, and other marketing solutions designed to support small businesses.

3.2 Prohibited Activities- You agree not to:- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.- Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

4.  Fees and Payments

4.1 Subscription Fees- Access to certain features of the Service may require a subscription.- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 4.2 Payment Information- You are responsible for providing valid payment details.- Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

All content, trademarks, and software related to the Service remain the property of Up2Speed Marketing Systems or its licensors. 

5.2 User Content - You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

 7.1 Termination by User - You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. 

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. 

9. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Up2Speed Marketing System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jamaica. 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
